What happens after purchase?
After purchase, the jewel is prepared in the workshop and delivered with its setup QR code. You then personalize the experience before gifting it.
How to scan the jewel?
Enable NFC for your phone
Select your model to see detailed steps.
- NFC is enabled by default.
- Unlock your phone.
- Bring the top of your phone close to the jewel for 1-2 seconds.
- Tap the notification to open the message.
If nothing happens, move your phone slightly across the jewel surface: NFC antenna position varies by model.
